Kennedy Woods Prairie/Savanna Volunteering Want to help with the savanna? There is plenty to do! We usually have two major events each year: In the spring we plant new seeds and seedlings. In the fall we collect seeds to plant next year, or to trade or sell to get seeds of other species that we don't have yet. We also do work through the summer and fall to remove non-native and invasive plant species. If you would like to volunteer, please contact us using this form.
